Terms and condition:

 

 

Return/exchange policy :

-               Product can be sent for return/exchange if the product you received was defective/damaged/did not match the description

-               You can request for a return/exchange within 10 days of delivery

-               The product should be returned in the original packing along with the receipt

-               The product should be in the same condition as it was delivered and should not be used

-               No elements of the original packing like tags, accessories, cards, manuals etc. should be missing

-               You are responsible for all the shipping costs for returning the product to our store/warehouse

-               All Replacement/Refunds will be processed only after product is received back to us and quality check is cleared.

-               Refund will be made through the same channel as the payment. In case of cash on delivery orders, amount will be transferred to your bank account, details for which are to be sent to our email address

-               Refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days after we receive the product back
